 		refactor(structure): consolidate operator tools and configs into nodo/ and clean mirror root 
- Move bin/ and config/ (etc/, systemd/) into nodo/ for clean mirror encapsulation
- Provide root symlinks bin and config pointing to nodo/ for CLI convenience
- Update script headers across all 15 bash utilities with robust REPO_ROOT resolution
- Clean raw developer artifacts (README.rst, logo.svg, guardianes.json) from IPFS root
- Update mirror root tree diagrams and documentation references to reflect clean structure
- Point Documentation URLs and RST source references to README.html and GitLab repo

 		feat(branding): add official logo, update evaluator identity to EVALinux, and document guardian onboarding 
- Embed official vector logo in portal header and Vigia bundle with adaptive theme styling
- Update public gateway domain to ipfs.mx-os.mx and gateway.ipfs.mx-os.mx in documentation
- Update custodian identity to EVALinux in Jalisco in guardianes.json
- Add comprehensive step-by-step onboarding guide for community nodes in README.rst and operador-nodo.rst
- Eliminate spaces around forward slashes across technical specifications and user guides
- Rebuild self-contained README.html and synchronize staging assets

 		feat(security): implement mxos-mirrors Ed25519 key management, IPNS publishing, and backup procedures 
- Generate and configure dedicated Ed25519 key mxos-mirrors (k51qzi5uqu5di6ed3qtnwrdlvpmfil07ib6qfzb1t259nux49jenn8my4dtg0v)
- Add bin/mxos-ipns-publish.bash to sign and publish mirror updates to IPNS
- Add bin/mxos-key-backup.bash for secure key export, age/gpg encryption, and import
- Author technical specification docs/technical/specs/gestion-llaves-ipns.rst
- Update orchestrator bin/mxos-mirror.bash, env config, and README documentation
