 		feat(upstream): author RFC proposal TECH-007, automate size syncing, and enhance DNF guide 
- Author formal upstream RFC proposal in docs/technical/specs/propuesta-rfc-upstream.rst
- Link TECH-007 in docs/technical/spec.rst
- Add update-readme action to bin/mxos-sizes.bash to dynamically update README.rst
- Ensure vigia dashboard files are included in staging on ingest
- Add zero-DNS direct IPNS key configuration to docs/guides/cliente-dnf.rst
- Recompile README.html and index.html

- Generate and configure dedicated Ed25519 key mxos-mirrors (k51qzi5uqu5di6ed3qtnwrdlvpmfil07ib6qfzb1t259nux49jenn8my4dtg0v)
- Add bin/mxos-ipns-publish.bash to sign and publish mirror updates to IPNS
- Add bin/mxos-key-backup.bash for secure key export, age/gpg encryption, and import
- Author technical specification docs/technical/specs/gestion-llaves-ipns.rst
- Update orchestrator bin/mxos-mirror.bash, env config, and README documentation

 		feat(docs): add quick-start pinning section and tmux sync automation 
- Add prominent Inicio Rápido de Colaboración section to README.rst
- Include module size indicator table with live and estimated metrics
- Implement bin/mxos-repo-sync.bash and bin/mxos-tmux-sync.bash
- Implement bin/mxos-sizes.bash for dynamic staging inspection
- Add responsive table CSS and dark/light styling in bin/mxos-build-html.bash
- Eliminate parentheses in section headings and maintain FDL / GPL compliance

 		feat(mirrors): initial architecture, specifications, automation tools, and canonical guide 
Establish community mirror network on IPFS for Fedora and CentOS Stream 10:
- Modular documentation and specifications under docs/
- Master canonical guide under README.rst with client and node operator workflows
- Ingestion, upstream sync, and Cloudflare DNSLink automation scripts in bin/
- Reverse proxy configs (Nginx/Caddy) and systemd timer units in etc/ and systemd/
