Specify in portal documentation and operator guides that guardians may
pin any content identifier down to individual ISOs or single RPM packages,
while noting that Vigía focuses its monitoring on the canonical modules
listed. Expand the canonical pinning table to include Fedora 43, 44, and 45
ISOs alongside CentOS Stream 10 ISO while preserving the aggregate Fedora
ISOs entry. Update Vigía web footer repository link to the Vigía repository
and add a direct hyperlink to GNU GPLv3+.
