9ebe4470c4 Backport PRs #3497 and #3498 to adapt to sbin merge 
This backports:
* https://github.com/candlepin/subscription-manager/pull/3497
* https://github.com/candlepin/subscription-manager/pull/3498
to adapt to the sbin merge, and so fix ELN composes. It follows
@zbyszek 's PR #55, but includes 3498 and is rebased.
